CW: 308.8 Goal for the week: 2.8lbs I know the .8 is just bloat from the ending of shark week. So my true goal is 2lbs.😊

I don't really have a weekly goal, but my next goal is to get to 164 so I will be at a 30lb loss. I recalced my RDI and it says I should eat 1600 cals now, so I suppose that is one goal to cut 100 cals from my daily intake. I also started incorporating pecs into my weight lifting this week and will change from a 3 day on, 1 day off weight lifting schedule to a 4 on, 1 off so I will do legs and abs and some other PT exercises on the 4th day. I have a shoulder injury that I need to be considerate of when doing bench. Don't think I'll stagger cals this week. Keep trying to get my protein macro in between 25-30%.
