Another wild and crazy busy day at work. You'd think that with this bitter cold there would be cancellations but I had another full slate. Great day but draining. My daughter made supper...delicious homemade carrot and sweet potato soup. I couldn't find anything like it on the recipe part of FS so I substituted a similar soup for this on my food diary. I've been really strict with myself with regards to what I eat, how much I exercise and recording everything . Its working. No cheating in spite of all the treats at work. I'll try to get back to the treadmill later tonight and get in some exercise. I was down another lb. this morning. Yeah!! I realize that a lot of initial weight loss is water, but it is encouraging. Keep it up girl! Remember: nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.
