going swimming now i wonder if it counts as extra exercise if i have two kids hanging off me while i swim...:-)

Yes it definitely burns more calories carrying the extra weight. :) Are you swimming inside or outside?

Outside its summer here and 34°(celcius).! I ended up standing and watching kids ind the baby pool for an hour instead of swimming much myself but they had so much fun! Good luck for your scan!:-)
