weight has gone down again but i feel like i`m just going up and down between 54.5kg and 55.5kg since weeks. i Need to do more excercise and Need new ideas of what to do. i can`t join a gym with a 1 and a 3yr old and at the Moment its much too hot to go for walks ad by the time it cools off in the evening i`m too tired or busy cooking/bathing Kids ect. i might get sme Aerobic DVDs to do at home Kids could even Dance around with me hahaha.

When my weight stalls I start doing jogging/sprinting intervals. I would jog for 1 minute and sprint 30 seconds and rotate. Every few days I would go up in amount until I hit a certain point. That was the best thing for me when I got stuck in a plateau. Also I avoid eating much foods high in starch or carbs for dinner.

Exercise is like showering and brushing your teeth, you have to make time for it. Maybe focus on 30 minutes 3x a week to get started. Lot's of dvds out there on amazon and collagevideo.com You can get some light hand weights and a mat. Many are 30 minutes or less. You can try to get up before the kids and do it or maybe when they take a nap. If the weather permits, go for a walk. Get a pedometer and wear it all day and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Put on music and dance with the kids. So many things you can do. Remember, if you want something bad enough, you will find a way. Otherwise, you will find an excuse. You can do it!

funny you say that i do that with the Pedometer and steps! ive been so used to going for an hour walk daily that i got a bit stunted with the ideas!will do dancing and starjumps with my Girls and sit ups and squats during naptime. that will be my this weeks Goal see how i go!the running J

An easy way to start incorporating exercise into a busy lifestyle is to use arm weights and do lunges while you are watching tv, and then doing sit-ups, push-ups, burpees, etc. during commercial breaks. (It makes watching your kids' tv shows slightly more bearable too!)

thats a fantastic idea must motivate myself to try that. truth is i enjoy zoning out for 10min while Kids tv is on! they dont watch much so they are totally fixated on it when it goes on!
