Gorgeous day today in greater Seattle-land. The goal I have committed to with my doctor is to walk 5 minutes each day unless I begin to limp at which point I am to stop walking.
Since it was so beautiful, Mike and I went to a small flat park on Lake Washington where I walked 15 minutes. Not too far and certainly not quickly but I did it without any pain and without limping.
