I'm slammed with work. I had an anniversary, birthday, and, Thanksgiving all on one week so my weight looks like it's up by about 8lbs. It is not. I tracked nothing and ate pretty much everything - even so - it's still physically impossible to gain 8lbs in a week.
I'm bloated and retaining water so I'm drinking ALL of the water this week.

I have messages to reply to, I absolutely will later today.

I hope you guys are doing well!

You and me both! I didn't track Thursday or Friday (for the first time in almost a year), ate anything and everything, and am up about 5 pounds. I've been hitting the water hard too. Hope all is well with you!

New week, new loaner laptop. Still not working, restoring from backup. Thank goodness for backups. SMH

Kat - I'm getting ready to be in almost the same boat. I just upgraded my work desktop and I'm going to be setting up from backups. Which, may be the only good habit I acquired from the two years that I worked for a tech startup. (The bad ones being things like eating in front of my computers and a general impatience with the average end user.) Melissa - it was DEFINITELY very good. I am also DEFINITELY glad to be back on track.
