Just my BF and I tonight for dinner. I made two pumpkin pies, just for fun, using two different recipes. The crust of one was a Marie Callender’s deep dish and the other I made myself. We will have a small slice of each and see which won. I didn’t want Turkey so I made another new recipe— eggplant lasagna. It was a little labor intensive but turned out it was worth it.. no calorie count for tonight., but did not overdue it.
