Significant changes overnight. Must 'tune' my understanding of these combined numbers/estimates into a useful tool! Clearly did not gain 5 percent body fat and lose 10 lbs of muscle mass in 12 hours. (Plus aged 15 years in 'metabolic age' LOL). I think the hydration has a lot to do with it because that is a change I know happened... Have a great Wednesday!

Hi Bill, I do agree that hydration can make a big difference. Have a better fluid day today and see what the numbers do tomorrow or even tonight.
