Pre-dinner, post-workout (460 calorie brisk walking):
Weight - 214.6 Total body fat pct - 15.6 Total body water pct - 61.6 Visceral fat pct - 9 Muscle mass lbs. - 172.4 Physique rating - 6 Bone mass lbs. - 8.8 Daily Calorie Intake - 4255 Metabolic age - 21 (WHAT?)
Have not had a chance to check out what these numbers really represent. But I'm liking my metabolic age! ;)
