Leftover home made soup— a mushroom, spinach, mild Italian sausage, Alfredo soup. It froze well and reheated well and like many soups, better the second time around. No idea of the calorie count, but it was served up with portion control in mind.. served with a side of home made Guinness brown bread.— my all time favorite..
