60pack- I know that's Right! Can't make Gains without sleep.

Jenny3781- Thanks. Yeah, I'd risk getting more swelling due to the cortisol increase that comes with being overworked. Sleeping helps lower majority of the Cortisol levels in the body. 💪😴
