Down to 213.2 after about 1170 calories yesterday and some standard walking. Did not work out. I think my losses will not be as extreme day to day as I am eating more calories per day than I used to. I can live with a .6 pound loss so long as it happens every day! ;)
96.0 kg Lost so far: 51.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
