Knew today was gonna be a high calorie day when I had a snickers for breakfast but I thought I did well today. Had two frozen burritos as there’s not much I can cook or make left handed when I can’t even cut anything up left handed lol. Then we had sonic and I didn’t realize their burgers were 700+ calories!

Logging as I ate I ended up handing over the rest of my tots and saved back half the burger. Still ate the mozzarella sticks tho lol. Halloween candy came up to about 250 calories so I’m sitting at 2000+.

Still have to eat with my 11pm meds so it’ll go higher still. 20 days of meds and I’m supposed to eat three times a day with them (7am, 3pm and 11pm). Plus lunch. :/ They supposedly can upset the tummy and mess with the stomach lining if I don’t eat with them.

Hope you get straightened out soon. Putting up with pain and not training is a double whammy that gets old quick.

Try eating smaller meals, since you’re eating around 5 meals now 😉

Tom, I thought these pills would help more. I already had it al planned out. I was going to drop the kiddo off at practice then sneak to the gym today lol. Dr wants me moving it as much as possible without injuring it. Thought I could do some light bar work with bar only. But I don’t have the range of motion 😭. About all I could do is some leg work and maybe light dumbbell curls but I doubt even that.

Lambie, unfortunately in the last few years I’ve learned that it’s better for me to skip meals than have small ones. Smaller meals mean I’m hungry all day then I tend to gorge on snacks. I can skip a meal easily if I stay busy. But of course I can’t stay busy right now lol.
