Thank you, swirlking, Change, One.point, Lonnie, Blessed, mammajamma, DP <3, tr3vi, and sfMike! Mammajamma, there is about 10 years between pics lifting off and on. I didn't truly buckle down and remain in shape all year round until 2018. I would say, if I didn't lose focus during the fall/winter months these results would be possible in 1.5 years. I already had the underlying muscle and the benefit of muscle memory.

The reason I got into the before pic shape was because of a back injury. Sciatica.

Even in the first pic... those lats. You were a strongman back then, no doubt about that and great shoulders. Either you were lifting or you did construction work, maybe both. Correct? If not you were hella blessed. 👍

I had been lifting for 10 years before my injury so yes, I was muscular and strong, it just was hidden beneath a little insulation hahaha!
