That looks really delicious. I'm totally into chia seed overnight oatmeal. It has yogurt and fruit in it too.

chocolate Premier Protein(half a carton) with 3 tbsp Black Chia seeds

Sheila I get my chia seeds at the grocery store but I'm sure you can get them online as well. 😊
