Uh oh, been forgetting to log my meals. Not good. That's a slippery slope for me. Good news. Husband brought home a distance wheel for measuring our walks. I can't believe it, but we're doing 3/4km every day! WOW! That's about 1/2 mile for my American friends. Yes, it's not much, but for me that's a flippen miracle!!!

I input my meals while I am eating them, if not my scatter brain will forget and I'll end up missing things. It has become a habit now

Its good to write it down - sometimes it stops you from having the high calorie food.

It's carbs I count, not calories, but yes, when I don't write it down, I tend to let those sneaky carbs add up.
