Walked 4 miles this morning..gonna walk another 2 this afternoon..rigid fat free vegan, lots of kale, oat bran and oatmeal,white potato, sweet potato, zukes and 20 grams of popcorn.NO NO NO TO ANY OIL OR PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN OIL staying under 800 calories everyday.. .I will do what I can with diet and exercise and hope for the best. Weight loss, low low sodium and down to about 95 mg of coffee for the day...huge improvement and change...always said I would die with a cup of coffee in my hands...rethinking that as a plan since it raises BP.
