Woke at 232.4, down 3.7 from yesterday. Did not sleep much last night. To bed at 2 after a late work night and up at 4:30. Let's see how the day goes! Did 25 minutes of HIIT spinning and about to do a protein coffee. Guys here to put up our new fence (one day after the pool closed)! UPDATE: Old fence was torn down and new posts placed in cement to dry overnight. They will come and finish tomorrow. Great water movement today and got to 231.9 before dinner.
