Today was my cheat day so I doubled my wild rice serving to 1 cup, and ate 150g of fish instead of 100g. I threw Parmesan petals (1/3 cup) over my delicious steamed cauliflower, yes I ate half a head of that sweet fresh steamed treat.
If I'd remembered I would have made a cream something or other, but opted for the cheese as a quick cream fix. I bought a 100g. Hazelnut milk chocolate bar which is about 650 calories, what???? If I can eat 3/4, I'll be amazed, lol!! And I thought this was wise because I usually get the 300g size! That's how I put on so much weight during lockdown, I'd eat those huge sized chocolate bars almost daily. So yes, this is an improvement. And I was physically active all weekend so it'll all balance out.
