Haven't gone to work yet because I've got a dentist appointment at 8 AM. Tried to sleep in a bit but the critters wouldn't have it - they start looking for breakfast at 5:30 and if they aren't fed by 6 they go ballistic.
As for weight loss, my goal for today is better tracking.

ClassicRocker - I DO love that commercial! Don't laugh but I really can relate to that camel. Although the one "when pigs fly" is pretty good too. In that one I emphasize with the pig!
