This week I plan to change up to see,hopefully, a drop in weight. Want to try under 40-20 net carbs and calories still under 1000. I haven't been eating the whites: bread, potatoes or rice and still losing only 2 lbs a week. I upped exercise too. So I am going to try another tactic.
