Slept in and did my workout right away to make up for yesterday's laziness! I did a double -- bodyweight and dumbbells, followed by 30 minutes of HIIT on the bike. Went out on a gorgeous day and got 20 minutes on each side of noon sunshine for vitamin D. Showered and ready to go. Weighed 233.7, down .5 from yesterday's low. Doing chicken and baked beans for dinner (but just a spoonful)! Enjoy Labor Day, everyone. UPDATE: Weighed 234.5 before dinner.
