Finally weighed myself post vacation, and the damage was far less terrible than I thought it would be. Yes - my vacation was a month ago, so you can see I am an avoidance kind of person! Starting back with the following: 1. Weigh myself every day. 2. Record all my food. 3. Drink water. 4. Take my vitamins. BTW, this is a pic of my daughter skiing on vacay at Lake Shasta.

Beautiful picture and daughter. Always wanted to water ski. Long time ago I did a course with work buddies where we literally jumped off a cliff over a river. I was wearing a harness of course. It was fun until they had to get a ladder to grab my feet so I could get down.😷😉

Sounds like you have a good plan going forward, vacations are for having fun, and in my experience, I'm always so active when I'm vacation I rarely gain weight. Great picture of your daughter, water skiing is so much fun! 🌈

Thanks all. It was nice to unplug and spend the week at the lake.
