Woke and jumped right into my workout before eating or weighing in. I missed yesterday and was just a slug all day. I did a double workout this morning to pay it back. Started with bodyweight and dumbbells, then did 20 minutes of HIIT spinning plus 10 minutes of cardio to cool down. Got 30 minutes of Vitamin D outside, then came in to shower and start the day. Got to 233.2, down 3.4 from yesterday (but the workout was the key). Fasted until lunch and then had protein coffee and a treat of almond butter and sugar-free preserves on a wrap. Added a packet of tuna to get the protein up. Happy Sunday! UPDATE: Still 233.2 before dinner. Going to grill pork chops tonight.
