Woke at 234.1, down 2.5 from yesterday. Really happy with my macros yesterday and will try to continue. Started with weights followed by 30 minutes of steady-state treadmill. Breakfast was protein coffee. UPDATE: Got to 232.9 before dinner. Ate another huge Romaine salad with chicken. Added cajun seasoning and hot sauce. Happy hour tonight, so I will have some whiskey, but diluted with 12 ounces of sparkling water for every shot. UPDATE 2: Survived the online happy hour. Had three shots of bourbon and three shots of Vodka with five cans of sparkling water. I paid for it with extra calories but not extra carbs or fat. The main issue is that I will burn the alcohol first.
