Woke at 234.8, the same as yesterday after dinner, rehydration, and a late-night bag of pork rinds! Will jump on the exercise bike in a moment. UPDATE: Did 55 minutes of steady-state cardio on the exercise bike while listening to an interview with Dr. Gabrielle Lyon on the need to maximize protein as the key thing to target. Interesting. I then did 30 minutes out in the sun and a dip in the pool. Weighed 232.5 after. Did protein coffee and some sardines at 2:30. Steak for dinner tonight.
