My main meal of the day. Zucchini egg pie, tri-tip, and ceasar salaf. 8g net carbs and 53g of protein. I'll add a protein shake and get back to focusing on my water.

That freakin' pie set me off. I make something similar but no cheese, unfortunately, for now. When I crave spicy, I add poblano, jalapeno and/or serranos (take vein and seeds out so your not sorry for adding them by end of day or morning). You could open your own steak house!!! That salad is to die for.
