Welcome to Motivational Monday (late edition)! Today, I struggled and was annoyed (an unreliable friend let me down once again). I ate in anger, that kinda F-U grrrrrr foot stomping tantrum, but internally LOL. I had a productive day over all and will be back on track tomorrow!

For those who have a long weight loss journey still ahead, all the weighing & measuring, that always thinking about what to eat or not, gets a bit exhausting. I've been on FS for 18 months & pretty dedicated to filling out my daily food. I might take a little break from the measurements, but am a bit nervous without that control. I have a long way to go; I just gotta keep plugging away! This quote caught my eye. I hope it encourages anyone out there who might be feeling the pounds are coming off too slowly - each one counts!!
