thanks, man. yeah, if it ain't broke, why fix it. i live in the squat rack as i can get the toughest parts of my workout done with supersets pull ups+squats and also get in inverse rows, rows, good mornings, dead lifts.
we do have a inverse hack squat machine that we can load up but i suppose they all target the same quads, butt, etc. i think your "every day is leg, chest, back, and arm day" ... 100%.
