Woke up at 235.8, the same as yesterday. Started with some protein coffee for breakfast. Going to go out and do some work outside. Did not do an actual workout this morning. UPDATE: Did 4.5 hours of yard work, but mostly power washing my pool concrete and pavers. So exercise, but not the hard labor of two weeks ago (although Fitbit said I peaked at 172 bpm). It was a pleasant 82 degrees, too. But I came in the house at 233.5, so I lost a little. Looking forward to dinner as the last thing I had was the protein coffee at about 10:30 am.
