It would haved looked better if the cheese melted before the pic. I was reading a magazine at a doctor's appointment and there was an ad for hillshire farm easy smoked sausage skillet and the word easy catches my eye because I don't cook. Anyhow...it was super easy and all over the internet. Onion, red pepper, broccoli, rice, tomato sauce, chicken broth and of course sausage. I forget if anything else. Had some leftovers yesterday and it was good. Has mixed reviews online but the whole family liked it which NEVER happens here.
