Woke at 236.2, up 1.4 from yesterday. Did weights again, three sets of push, pull, and squats to failure. As noted last month, I'm adding protein up to 180 grams a day (even if above calorie goal) to try to budge the muscle mass. That, plus working out every morning, is my August goal. Also, I'm limiting fat and carbs to total no more than the grams of protein I eat. Both the diet and exercise routines are Dr. Ted Naiman concepts. It is interesting thus far. UPDATE: Fasted most of the day. Got to 234.4 at 5:30 pm. Eating another burger tonight, but one from delivery. I got treated to The Habit. Having a double with avocado and bacon on lettuce. UPDATE 2: Ate that burger and was only up to 123 grams of protein (1687 calories total). Searching for more protein but that's going to top out my calories again. I ordered some more collagen hydrolysate to add to all my drinks throughout the day.
