Suddenly eating way too much this evening. IDK if I want everyone to inbox me with a "Stop eating, fatso" message or if I should finish strong with a peanut butter bash and regroup tomorrow. I'm thinking the latter. 😬😜😳

The hungries happen DP. Either drink water which will make you sad or finish strong with peanut butter and keep it moving ☺️ You aren’t going to destroy your progress in a day. You’re craving is still protein. 💜💚

I won't say stop eating Fatso, because I have been their and struggling with overeating my whole darn life. You have to decide if you want to be healthy are not.

I cannot have pb so definitely party on and eat my share too! If I was there, I’d join you soooo fast. But I’m not so I’m going to bed. Goodnight!

Well... if you are a little over then I’d stop now. If you are way over then your treat isn’t going to do much more damage lol. Just what I would do. 🤪

My big question is if you got poptarts, or was that the missing plan? 😁 Hang in there! Tomorrow is fresh and new... Telling me too!

I know ! I know! We come here for this very reason. You are not alone with this. I paid attention with dread each day /diet/year ALONE before I came here. Now with you all-through out the days, weeks and months...I have and continue to have the support that gives me focus or not...but here and willing to "keep on" even in success but especially when I have a misstep...even a tumble One day at a time I see life more clearly as long as I pay attention. Hang in there.

My question is why don't we see peanut butter houses? We have crack houses and you and I have the same addiction. Just a thought.
