I will fit into my new little black dress a little better and am trying to lose as much weight possible before December fourth which gives me a total of three weeks, including Thanksgiving day. What this means is for the next 3 weeks, I challenge myself to the best eating days possible. I will eat as much whole food, mainly raw foods,legumes and nuts, and continue exercising but with added crunches, ab work and some back work. The dress fits but if I could lose a few more or tone up a bit in some area's it will fit even more comfortably. I want to challenge myself giving the time of year we are in and see what I can do when I put my mind in gear on turbo charge! Let the games begin...lol. I am almost down to the weight I was in 1986 when I married Mr. Brian. P.S. we will be staying at a very nice North Lake Tahoe hotel and you should see the lovely room with the spa tub! Look what I can do!

NEWS FLASH!!!!! On Good Morning America did you see the scientist who did an experiment called "The Twinkie Diet"... He lost 27 pounds in a few weeks by eating nothing but crap but by lowering his daily calorie intake. This is why I believe I have been successfull, No food has been deemed evil...I eat whatever I want so I don't feel deprived but I make sure I keep my calorie content in check daily. Okay... I must admit since I am going for the energy level and not the number on the scale I will not try the Twinkie diet because it will not make me feel good energy wise. Recently I had a day where most of my calories were absorbed from an apple crumble and I didn't feel so good the next day, but.... with all that said, I like the pathway I have taken to shed the pounds and I feel good because I am having my cake and eating it too. TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Adaram, I definitely will be a great time. In my heart I know it really isn't about the way I look. It is the way I feel about myself...and I am one heck of a sexy 48 year old lol. TOWANDA!!!

I fully believe you can do this Lisa!!! And your right, I think it is completely how you feel about yourself, if you feel like a sexy 48 year old woman that is what you will be confidence makes one sexy! I do think I will pass on the Twinkie diet, I never liked the taste of Twinkies before but I can't imagine the energy level that comes from a diet like that would be exteremly high, I do eat everything I want but I prefer foods that give me the most energy as opposed to those that are packed full of sugar.

Lisa you can do this. I know you can and I am rooting for you. Kick it up a notch and set that goal. The room sounds lovely especially the spa tun. I love those. I saw that this morning too. The twinkie diet. lol What will they think of next. Hope you had a great day. I am here late again. Sorry!!

OMG...REALLY??? Only two weeks left before December...I hadn't really thought about it. Yeah. Newsflash alright, lol!!! I so love your mindset girl!!! You are the lowest ever now, so keep it up!!! Twinkie diet, please.... Yea, if you are counting calories, but HEALTH is the #1 reason to lose weight! Where is the health in trans fats. I can hear it now...."I died but I was sure skinny" ~ LOL Not the kind of diet we need. We are trying to learn how to eat WITHOUT a lot of sugar. Who is this person kidding. Sure it can be done, but at what cost? Well, you are doing tremendous, but NO TWINKIES ~ LOL Have a good non-twinkie day!
