Not dropping the way I wanted to so I am going to focus on water intake and only eating when I get hungry. Yesterday I made some roasted veggies which I had for dinner, and today I will try to clear out a few leftovers. Working on high protein, low carb, but not working on it particularly hard...which is part of the problem I am having losing.
Off to take a walk now. then I will see if I feel hungry.
