I averaged my weight over the last seven days. It turned out to be 145.6, which is .6 over my goal weight. I am not disappointed. This is the eleventh month since I hit maintenance, and my muscle mass and fitness has increased by so much since then. I feel more stable and in control, and at the same time I am learning to not fret about the scale so much. Continuing to weigh in and record daily for accountability is my goal, although I know there will be spikes from time when I have a special treat. I would love to be under my goal weight for my one year anniversary of when I reached goal! But, I am so thankful for where I am and how I feel now. Thank you to all of you who encourage and help me. You are such a blessing! Progress not perfection!

Thank you very much, Petra, newnameMM, 2ward160, and Diana. It always seems like such a process of trying to keep juggling and keeping everything aloft. One part of this journey seems to be going well and feels easier, and then I focus on another. Then the parts that aren't getting so much attention start to fall. Someday I hope it won't take so much concentration. Until then, I shall be here working on my plan and enjoying the beautiful people here!

I was going through my notifications list for the first time in ages and was telling my better half how much I'd learned from watching the struggles, successes, strategies (and failures) of folks here on FS both in my early days and over the years since. For sure a few long term members here have really helped me find a path that works for me...one that includes birthday celebrations, injuries, the odd glass or two of wine, the odd pizza night (diet kryptonite for me 😉), etc, along with my highly variable daily energy expenditures. I love that you've found a path that is working but is (like myself and others here) always a work in progress. Take care, there will be ups and downs along the way, along with some tragic moments too...life happens...don't stress, keep on keepin on!!
