Gracias! Porque es queso de leche de vaca, para dar más pistas para quien no conoce nuestros quesos. pero el “cow” tendría que ir sin coma detrás porque no son adjetivos coordinados

Pues me he picado y he buscado en Wikipedia. Dice esto “ originariamente elaborado con leche de oveja, si bien actualmente es casi imposible encontrarlo únicamente de leche de oveja y tiende a usarse leche de vaca (por resultar mucho más barata) o mezcla de ambas (con un mínimo porcentaje de oveja)”. Así que el que tengo En casa es de vaca, pero el original es de oveja 🤓

That looks so interesting! I had figs for the first time two summers ago in France right off a tree. We don't grow them near my home. The cheese looks so white and like it is like frozen cream. It is just cheese?

Figs are now in their (brief) season in my area. I love them, but I usually buy few of them because they tend to be costly. The cheese is of the Burgos variety and it's made just of cow milk, rennet and salt. Its texture is similar to flan and it's widely consumed in Spanish homes.

OMG, love love love. I’d have figs, but I’d have even more critters in my yard than i do already, i suspect.
