Nosotros en casa guisos hasta en verano, mi gente son de cuchara y es con lo único que se ponen de acuerdo, mañana haré lentejas y el sábado cocido 😜😜😜

La unica legumbre que hago en ensalada son los garbanzos , el resto en guisos que como bien decis se dejan templar y pa'dentro ...la tuya espectacular seme hace la boca agua 😋😋

Fina, yo esta ensalada la hago con lo que tenga: garbanzos, lentejas o alubias. Queda siempre deliciosa y fresca!

It was still cold enough last week here that I made chili with black beans... A warm "comfort" food. Your salad looks much cooler and summer like! It warmed up this week, so I shall have to think about maybe soaking some chickpeas overnight right now and making something cool and light with them tomorrow!
