Woke at 226.9, down 1.9 from yesterday after another day working outside. Had my online happy hour last night but stuck to one Coors Light and then gin and soda water for the rest. Ate just over 1400 calories yesterday. Slept in on vacation and didn't do a workout, but did go out and sit with Denise to get some sun on both sides. I do have a meeting at one and then some work reading to catch up on. At 5 pm, it's back to vacation! Starting with iced black coffee and heavy whipping cream. UPDATE: Super nice surprise as my friend Courtney came over for the afternoon. So much for working! I drank Coors light and some other drinks all afternoon. Got to 227.2 before dinner. Taco salad tonight.
