It's Transformation Tuesday! The photos on the left were taken by my co-workers at the retirement party they threw for me during my last week at work. I hate those pictures and have only shown them to a couple people, until now. On that day I was 265 pounds, obese Class II, pre-diabetic and taking three medications for high blood pressure and high cholesterol. The pictures on the right were taken this past weekend. I'm wearing the same clothes as in the pictures on the left. Now I'm 170 pounds. My BMI is normal. I reversed the pre-diabetes, and I no longer take any medications. I never thought I'd come as far as I have, but I recaptured my health. I hope you'll celebrate with me! 🙂
