I'm back in the range for another reward day! 😊

Alrighty, man! It is time you tell us how? Soooo... when you have your treat day, do you balance your calories by really light days afterward, or just return to your RDI? Inquiring minds and all!? 😁

Once I get below 172.that's the reward zone because I have my 10 pound buffer at that point. Once I'm in the reward zone I relax my diet rules. I don't track what I eat or measure out my food, and I have what I want to eat and drink. There are a couple rules I don't relax. I still limit my intake of artificial sweetener, because I think there are problems with it if you get too much. I still don't eat after 6 pm. I still weigh myself every morning, and I still do my walks. Once I get above 172 I go back into full on diet mode. I turn back on all the rules that helped me lose 75 pound in the first five months of this year. I measure all my food and track everything I eat and drink. I do this until I get back in reward zone. I've noticed that if I don't have something ridiculous, like that giant burrito, I may linger in the reward zone for a little while, which is nice, because I enjoy the relaxed rules.

I think my max number of reward zone days is four, so far, sk. Once I bounce up, it usually only takes me about two days of dieting to get back into the reward zone. My biggest bounce up was when I ate that big burrito, but still it only took me two days to get back down.

Don't worry! I'm not losing anymore weight, Joelmel. I'm maintaining my current weight now. It's just small ups and downs now, but all in the same neighborhood.
