Woke at 232.7, down 1.1 from yesterday. Blew the morning on Twitter, but did my weights workout at noon. Jumped in the pool and got some sunbathing in. Weighed 231.2 at 1:30. Had some iced coffee and green tea. Will fast until I get hungry. If it's before 4 pm, I'm eating veggies. Will then do dinner with lots of protein and limited fat and carbs. UPDATE: Got to 3 pm. Weighed in at 231.2 again, so that is the low for today and the week. Logged it. Ate some broccoli with blue cheese dressing. Will eat some meat for dinner in a while.
