Forgot how hard day 1 is. I'm currently hiding from the cookies. I know why Im doing this and I worked too hard to set myself back again. Thisll be fun. just gotta retrain

that is the right mind set. I used to love desserts and less nutritious foods. the problem wasn't the calories it was the extra calories because all this stuff was in addition to my regular meals. once I began eating cleaner my mind stopped desiring these other things. I enjoy sweets once in a while but they don't drive me anymore. I'd eat an entire pie in 1 sitting. after dinner with half a gallon of milk. now I will still do that but only a court times a year and after a few days of u set budget for a cushion. make small steps. to completely change everything will only set you up for a potential failure. set smaller goals and then crush them. just thoughts. that's what works for me and many others.
