I haven't had chips since 2018. I never crave them but if I had an opened bag beside me I would probably eat them if I liked them since it has been so long and they would have to be plain.

My favorites are wavy lays and harvest cheddar sun chips. I eat chips a few times a month. I used to have them almost every day. It was an adjustment for sure but not a hard one for me. Giving up candy bars would be much harder lol. I gave up full calorie coke and I think that was the absolute hardest for me!

I don't crave salty food that is the reason why I seldom eat them. I prefer sweet and that would be my very own baking. I don't bake very often because I love it too much. It will be my birthday soon and I am baking my favorite cake and I can't wait! It is difficult to break habits although I can't drink anything brown looking or almost anything that isn't water it must have been hard to break the regular coke habit.
