Well, it's been 15 days (2 days of rest included) since I started with the Exercise coach app. There are many of those, so I'm starting with the one for abs. Hopefully 1 1/2 months the reults will be a bit better. As for now, in this times of quarantine I'm ok just keeping in shape (which is harder than it sounds).
