Have decided that I am going to have good days and bad days so I'd better make the best of the good ones.

Got a 2 mile walk in at noon today and had perfect calorie/carb totals. If tomorrow isn't as good I'll just hold out for my next good day.

Wow! You did great! Why is it we can do so good one day and fall apart another. I have a meeting tonite. I'm taking bbq pork ribs so I know what the carbs are in the sauce. Another lady is bringing baked beans, so I'll only have a tiny bit and the other lady is bringing coleslaw. I think it's pretty safe even tho she puts sugar in it. I'll just stick to eating more pork. I ate some chia seeds to help so I won't hog it all down.

Way to go Buffy on the 2 mile walk..I know you felt better...and yes we all have good days and bad ones..like when we are too busy working or playing..Hand in there..:O)

Hoorah! Good on you! Just take one day at a time; you'll get there. The toughest days are when we don't see the results we expected, but that's when we need to be the most persistent, because it's then when a breakthrough is about to happen.
