Woke after eight hours and did my weights workout. Then, since I was already sweaty, I went out and fixed my power washer with the replacement parts that arrived yesterday. I power washed the front of the house and my old used car which was a hand me down from my brother. Even washed out all the trash cans in the house. Came in just before it started thunderstorms. So I dry fasted until about 1:15. Weighed in at 227.8 before lunch. Had some stuffed peppers and a few Coors Lights, which tasted amazing after all the work. Dinner is a question mark, but Denise is thinking delivery. UPDATE: Had to take a 1.5-hour nap after that work and Coors Light! Weighed again at 229.3 after that lunch and re-hydration. Looks like Chinese food for dinner, so Beef & Broccoli, here I come!
