Ooops! I forgot to post for Motivational Monday! LOL

I did getup and do a workout Monday morning! I have done this a few times and it feel kinda great - woohoo! I also got a haircut today: shorter summer cut :) Different being in a mall - I had to stand/browse for an hour (I went early) because I did not realize the benches inside & out of the mall had been removed. My walk home seemed extra long with the additional standing LOL. All good! Just a reminder I need to build my endurance. It was a great day!

New hair is a great feeling. I always get my workouts done in th AM and out of the way. However, I work the early shift so I don't think I will be able to continue this when we open back up.

i don't like to workout as such but I do like to walk. If its warm enough, as soon as I wake up
