I'm going to have to change my goal, I put it at 180, but I really want to go down to 170. I think I will reset it when I get to 180, and that isn't that far away. I'm into it now, Atkins is working for me and I am satisfied. I'am going bowling tonight, that should keep me occupied through the evening.
