I did it! Yesterday, for the first time in a long time I ate under my RDA of calories! Maybe I can make it 2 days in a row.

EDIT - BUT AFTER I WENT BACK AND ADDED THE NUTS AND CHEESE I ATE WHILE SHOPPING I WENT OVER. BUT THERE IS STILL HOPE FOR TODAY.
